Creating a new in-the-moment mental health service.

On average, people wait 10 years to talk to a professional about their stress or emotional well-being. Why is that? We know that everyone (yes everyone!) experiences some level of stress, at some point in their life, and sometimes on a daily basis. So, why does it take so long to seek help and support? The answer is not so simple. Hello New World worked closely alongside the Minneapolis' Hennepin Health Services team at Upstream Health to research, explore, create insights, and turn them into a reality. From focus groups and human-centered design research to branding and art direction to interior design to web design and user experience to marketing and social launch strategy Hello New World was involved in all aspects of the creative and development process.
